2. We create a detailed project plan then our collegaues start screening the candidates in our database.

3. They review the incoming candidates and if requested, conduct an interview via phone or in person. Thus you will meet only the relevant applicants.

4. Finally we notify applicants who are not appropriate for you via e-mail.
